• Handle a diverse caseload of plaintiff-side lemon law matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and settlement documents under attorney supervision

• Work closely with clients to gather evidence, assess damages, and prepare cases for negotiation or trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy development and case evaluation to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
• Maintain organized case files, meet deadlines, and manage a steady volume of active matters

Qualifications

• JD required; licensed and in good standing with CA bar
