Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor lifting up to 80 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction work
• Experience in pool construction, landscaping, or general construction (preferred)
• Experience with concrete, plumbing, or rebar (preferred)
• Equipment operation experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build custom inground pools, spas, and water features following plans and specifications
• Assist with excavation, forming, plumbing, rebar, and concrete work
• Operate hand tools and power equipment to complete tasks
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, trucks, and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Complete job site inspections before and after work
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality craftsmanship
