Job summary

Inspire is seeking an Architecture/Design professional to create, revise, and review PKLs for new store development and remodels across multiple brands. The role involves reviewing exterior elevations and coordinating with internal teams, franchisees, and outside consultants.

Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in restaurant or retail architecture, strong AutoCAD proficiency, and familiarity with Revit and SketchUp. Travel up to 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree in architecture, interior design, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Create preliminary kitchen layouts (PKLs) for traditional and non-traditional venues across multiple brands.
• Review PKLs, PSLs and exterior elevations submitted by outside consultants for multiple brands.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with internal partners and outsourced architects/consultants.
• Accurate record keeping within the Development tracking system.
• Prototype design development.
