Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a PKI Support Agent in Charleston, SC to support the PKI NIPR team with communications, documentation, user approvals, and customer service.

The role includes acting as Local Registration Authority, producing daily reports, participating in weekly SIPR PKI conferences, and developing SOPs to improve operations while maintaining a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a Local Registration Authority (LRA) – collect and authenticate subscribers’ identity information for software certificates and SIPRNet hardware tokens.
• Help produce the Daily Reports.
• Weekly SIPR PKI conference/data calls.
• Provide client support regarding NAVY - SPAWAR/NIWC daily tasks.
• Develop SOPs and knowledgebase articles to ensure continuous improvement.
• Assist in completion of account inventory actions.
