Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field such as CS or Information Security.
• Minimum 5 years in information security focusing on PKI/IdAM.
• Experience with DoD RMF and eMASS processes.
• Secret clearance required.
• DoD 8140 certification preferred.
• Experience with PKI hardware/software components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable PKI solutions aligned with Navy/DoD standards.
• Maintain PKI documentation: inventories, system configurations, diagrams, procedures, and technical standards.
• Evaluate, recommend, and support new PKI technologies to improve operations.
• Collaborate with engineers, security, infrastructure, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions.
