Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a Scientist to support pharmacokinetic analysis of RNAi-based therapeutics. You will analyze biological samples using high-resolution LC-MS, quantify drug candidates and their metabolites, and guide interpretation of results.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong LC-MS expertise, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication with cross-functional teams, while meeting project timelines within a fast-paced DMPK team.

Qualifications

• BS in Biology or related field with ≥8 years of experience, or MS with ≥5 years.
• Experience in protein LC/MS and related laboratory techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Perform LC-MS based quantitative bioanalysis in biological matrices to support pharmacokinetics and tissue clearance studies.
• Support identification of drug candidate metabolites.
• Process, review, and interpret data independently.
• Track progress against timelines and communicate status to management.
• Generate figures to present data and share results with cross-functional groups.
