The teacher will plan engaging lessons, support school liturgies, and collaborate with teachers to align music with events and faith experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards‑based PK8 music instruction
• Develop students' foundational music skills including rhythm, melody, notation, performance technique
• Prepare students to lead and participate in school liturgies, prayer services, and special events
• Foster student confidence through performance opportunities such as concerts, assemblies, and community events
• Integrate Catholic values and traditions into music instruction and liturgical preparation
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and administration to align music with school events and faith experiences
• Communicate regularly and professionally with families
• Participate actively in school‑wide faith experiences, assemblies, professional development, and community events
• Maintain accurate lesson plans, grading, and student records
