• Prepares lesson plans and documents preparation for the Principal.
• Encourages positive classroom behavior.
• Uses varied instructional techniques and media appropriate for the students.
• Implements district education goals and objectives.
• Protects students, equipment, and facilities.
• Evaluates student progress regularly.
• Maintains accurate records as required by policy.
• Upholds school rules and Board policies.
• Makes time for communications with students and parents.
• Attends faculty meetings and participates in planning.
• Assists in selecting books and materials.
• Fulfills duty assignments and communicates student progress.
