Job summary

PJ’s Coffee is seeking a friendly, energetic Crew Member to greet customers, craft drinks, and help create a welcoming cafe experience.

No experience? No problem—we'll train you in the PJ’s way. You’ll learn latte art, drink recipes, and how to deliver fast, smiles-driven service in a lively shop.

Flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and training with free uniforms and employee discounts are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Barista experience is welcome but not required; training provided.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• ServSafe Food Handlers Certification required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and create an unforgettable experience.

• Flexible Schedule (Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to communicate through different communication channels, including email, phone, project management software, and conference calls (if necessary)
• Able to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handlers Certification
