Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders.
• Run the register when needed.
• Ensure products meet Papa John’s quality standards.
• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide information about menu items and promotions.

• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Help with inventory counts and stock management.
