Responsibilities

• Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, and providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person.
• Work as a team, be on time for shifts, support other stations, and complete closing duties including cleaning, while maintaining uniform and appearance standards.
• Accurately use the FOCUS System, process cash and credit card transactions, and suggestively sell to increase the check average when taking orders.
• Deliver food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to the customer's vehicle, follow proper sanitation and food safety principles, and ensure hot delivery outdoors.
