Papa John’s is hiring at our Minneapolis franchise to join a team that values quality, service, and a fast-paced, friendly environment. We train you on everything you need to know to start strong, with both part-time and full-time roles available.

You’ll help open/close, manage daily operations, prepare quality pizzas, take orders, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant for our customers. Training is provided and growth is possible within our expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have open availability.
• Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Must have a Can-do attitude with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Opening/Closing restaurant operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations: inventory and cash handling with POS and shift reports.
• Product making and quality control to meet Papa John’s standards.
• Take orders, answer phones, and cashier when needed.
• Assist with inventory management and keeping the restaurant clean and safe.
• Follow safety and security standards and open/close shifts.
