Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager in Georgia. You will oversee shift operations, manage a team of 3–30 staff, handle cash and inventory controls, and ensure excellent customer service.

You’ll greet customers, take orders, and maintain store cleanliness while upholding grooming standards and safety. The role requires 18+ years old and reliability in a fast-paced environment, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Perform all the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including phone interactions.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Produce fast, accurate, and consistent items following recipes and portion sizes.
• Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back of house.
• Maintain a professional appearance per grooming standards.
