Job summary

Team Prior, Inc. is hiring the next generation of its leadership as Shift Manager. You will be responsible for opening or closing the store, managing costs, inventory, and customer relations, and supporting a high-energy, service‑driven team.

The position provides a pathway into a Management Program, with opportunity to advance from shift lead to higher management. You’ll work in a fast-paced Domino’s environment that values reliability, teamwork, and consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.
• Receive and process telephone orders and in-person orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork accurately.
• Complete closing duties, including cleaning, at end of shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
