Job summary

DAKS, Inc. operates Domino's Pizza stores across Texas, Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi.

You will be the front-line customer service representative at Domino’s Pizza, taking orders accurately and handling payments while assisting in food preparation to ensure a positive dining experience. You will greet customers, enter orders, suggest menu items, resolve concerns, maintain store cleanliness, and work with a team to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in-person and over the phone.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the system and handle payment transactions.
• Provide product recommendations and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu items when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including workstations, lobby, and restrooms.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
