Qualifications

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills to understand and relay orders.
• Willingness to learn on the job and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.
• Prepare products as requested.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Keep kitchen and equipment clean and sanitized daily.
• Assist with Dining Room service when needed.
