Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience leading a team and delivering strong customer service in a retail or food-service setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business objectives.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Create and adjust employee schedules to meet business needs and labor targets.
• Handle cash management procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for improving store performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations.
