You should have at least one year of management experience, be at least 18, and pass a background check. Flexibility to open/close and work nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience.
• At least 18 years old and pass background screening.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule to open/close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with using a POS, 10-key, Microsoft Office, and office machines/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Lead staffing, paperwork, cost controls, and adherence to policies and standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and deliver excellent customer service.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely phone and in-person service.
• Monitor safety and quality standards to protect guests and employees.
