You will supervise 3–30 staff, ensure customer satisfaction, handle cash, and maintain quality and cleanliness. As a store leader, you’ll set the tone, improve efficiency, and deliver a positive customer experience while supporting the store’s goals and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during shifts of 3–30 people
• Motivational skills to get staff in the right place, at the right time
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle
• Minimum age 18 and flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
• Responsible for all store operations
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products per recipes and baking procedures
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe manner
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the front to the back
• Maintain professional appearance per Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards
