Hoogland Restaurant Group operates Marco’s Pizza locations and is seeking a Shift Leader to guide team members, ensure outstanding product quality, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help manage daily operations, training, and adherence to company policies to drive sales and efficiency.

As a shift leader, you will supervise staff, handle deposits, monitor costs and waste, and support promotions while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver high-quality service.
• Ability to manage costs, cash handling, and efficiency during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts with supervision.
• Lead team to deliver fast, friendly service and high product quality.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Manage deposits and cash handling accurately.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.
