Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Domino's Pizza location in California. This hourly role covers in-store and telephone order processing, basic cash handling, and delivering friendly service to customers.

The candidate will operate equipment, stock ingredients, prep products, and use a POS/ordering system. Strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must perform basic arithmetic and make correct change.
• Verbal, written and telephone communication to take/process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer or touch screen.
• Maintain inventory and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
• Receive and process telephone orders, and take in-person orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Keep the facility clean and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Provide on-the-job training for new products.
