Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring a Customer Service Rep to support in-store operations. You will handle phone and in-person orders, operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and assist with inventory and daily cleaning tasks.

The role requires good numeracy for making correct change and solid communication with customers and teammates. Orientation and training are provided; schedules can vary to fit school or other commitments.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to take and process orders over the phone and in person.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
