Job summary

Domino's is looking for team members to accurately take and process orders, both in person and by phone, while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will check products for quality, stock ingredients, and perform other workstation duties as needed. This hourly, non-exempt role requires reliability for night and weekend shifts and a strong team mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Basic math and problem solving skills required.
• Able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Cross‑trained to perform other workstation duties as needed.
• Bilingual in certain markets.
• Non‑exempt, hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions.
• Provide quality customer service in person or by phone.
• Work as part of a team and be on time for shifts, assisting other workstations and completing closing duties.
• Operate and clean equipment daily; prepare ingredients and products; take orders.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.
• Follow instructions and product guides when making menu items.
