Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to manage cost controls, inventory and customer relations.

• You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• You will set schedules, order product, train team members and hire.
• A profit share bonus is awarded to GMs based on controlling costs within goals.
