Job summary

Zalat Pizza in Addison, TX is hiring Shift Leads to be hands-on leaders who keep the restaurant moving, support the team, and maintain our pizza to standard.

The role requires prior service-industry experience, reliability, leadership and strong communication. You will open/close, direct the team during shifts, handle customer concerns, and help with inventory or scheduling. We offer competitive pay from $14–$16 per hour, plus tips, 50% employee discount, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous service-industry experience required.
• Pizza experience strongly preferred.
• Reliable and consistently punctual.
• Open availability, including opening, closing, late-night and weekend shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for 6–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas and maintain quality standards.
• Open and close the restaurant.
• Direct the team during shifts and rushes.
• Keep the team productive during slower periods.
• Handle customer concerns and operational issues.
• Lead by example in prep, stocking, cleaning, and service.
