Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring the next generation of its leadership, starting with Shift Managers. We are looking for individuals to open or close our stores and ensure we operate at our highest level all day, every day. This is the first step to becoming part of our Management Program with opportunities for advancement.

Candidates should have judgment, math skills and the ability to multitask, plus strong customer service to deliver quality experiences in busy store environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must have verbal, written and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to follow policy and procedures 100% of the time and lead the crew by example.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the store and ensure operations run at a high level throughout the shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory, cash and customer relations.
• Follow all policies and procedures and supervise crew to maintain standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders and take accurate monetary transactions.
• Contribute to teamwork, handle close duties and maintain store cleanliness.
• Perform other duties such as product preparation and equipment operation.
