Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Crew Member in Washington to help deliver the MOD Pizza experience by making pizzas and salads in a fast, guest-centric environment.

No experience is required; you must be 16+ and authorized to work in the United States. Benefits include health insurance eligibility, Paid Sick Time, 401(k), free pizza/ Salads/ beverages, pet insurance, gym memberships, and free counseling sessions.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to do the following.
• Passion for people, enjoy connecting with squad and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Show interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates.
• You are at least 16 years old.
• Some states limit tools/appliances until 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD resources and training.
• Keep store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent MOD experience to guests, vendors, and teammates.
• Demonstrate hospitality fundamentals (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the success of the team and restaurant.
• Greet guests and engage in conversation to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Maintain a mindset of serving others and uphold quality during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun together to create the MOD experience for squad and guests.
