We’re seeking a dependable leader with experience in food manufacturing, continuous improvement and Lean/TPM know‑how to drive daily performance and team development. Starting pay is $36.24 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift; 8‑hour shifts; overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Team Leader, lead, or supervisor experience.
• Food manufacturing or production experience.
• Continuous Improvement, Lean manufacturing, or TPM experience.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities, support team members, communicate updates, and help resolve day‑to‑day production needs.
