Pizza Patrón in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Hourly Managers to lead teams in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment. You will coach staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

This role offers hands-on training, competitive pay based on experience, 401k options, and opportunities for advancement in stores and the corporate office. In‑person interviews are currently being scheduled.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts.
• Ensure quality, safety and brand standards are met.
• Coach employees and support hourly team development.
