Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Polite, reliable, patient, and ethical.
• Pizza experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Food handler's certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Oversee staff and manage labor.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees.
• Assist with cash control and security procedures.
• Maintain inventory.
