Job summary

Domino's Pizza Sedalia stores are seeking a Store Customer Service Rep to assist customers in person and over the phone. You will stock ingredients, take orders, perform basic inventory tasks, and maintain clean work areas while delivering friendly service.

The role emphasizes accurate money handling, order entry, and clear communication with customers and team members. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
