Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Michigan is hiring an Inside Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service, take orders in person or by phone, and help craft our pizzas to standard. You’ll join a fast-paced, team-oriented crew committed to guest satisfaction and quality food.

You will contribute to a positive dining experience, collaborate with teammates, and grow valuable customer-service skills while working a flexible schedule in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
