Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Livingston, MT is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, take orders, and help ensure accurate service during busy hours. You will handle in-store and phone orders, assist with basic duties, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to work between 3 PM and 11 PM.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays or every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Prepare product to standard specifications.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Work to a schedule.
• Maintain a presentable image and adhere to standards.
• Provide great customer service.
• Attend and be punctual; transportation to/from work.
• Keep store clean and organized.
• Understand and follow written instructions.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders over phone and in person.
• Accurately perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Enter information into digital systems using keyboard or touch screen.
