Job Description

The role of Pizza Maker includes preparing menu items, assisting customers in-store and by phone, expediting orders, operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, and maintaining a clean facility. The position also involves basic customer service duties and teamwork across all in‑store stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make menu items and prepare orders for dine‑in and take‑out.
• Assist customers on the phone and in‑store, taking and processing orders.
• Expedite orders from the cut table and prepare all food for delivery.
• Operate all store equipment and use a computer or touch‑screen to enter orders.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare and assemble pizza products, including dough handling and topping placement.
• Receive and process telephone orders accurately.
• Clean equipment and maintain the facility daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing and able to work all stations in‑store, including making menu items, assisting customers on the phone, expediting orders, and operating equipment.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Proficiency in verbal, written, and telephone communication for taking and processing orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.
• Experience operating store equipment and maintaining inventory.
• Strong customer‑service skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
