Job summary

Marco's Pizza is the FASTEST growing pizza company in the USA! We are hiring a Pizza Maker who loves pizza and can deliver AMAZING customer service. This role is great for a first-time job and a stepping stone into hospitality.

Pay is hourly starting at $12.77/hr, plus tips. Pay rate is based on experience and ability to learn and perform at a fast pace. This part-time position includes a 50% employee discount on pizza and access to Earned Wage Access.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-Star Guest Experience to ALL customers.
• Communicate to customers about new products, deals, and feedback about the services we provide.
• Manage cash handling transactions.
• In-store duties include Utility work (dishes, trash, store cleaning, etc...), box folding, food prep, and maintaining a clean environment for our team.
