Job summary

Keowee River Club Golf, LLC in Sunset, SC is seeking a Cookie Pizza/Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes and manage station duties. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a smooth service for members and guests.

The role requires 2–4 years of kitchen experience, strong food-safety knowledge, and the ability to stand for long shifts, including evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly pay applies, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant kitchen experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Check in with the Manager at the start of each shift for daily tasks.
• Set up, operate, and break down kitchen stations efficiently.
• Prepare and cook food to order while following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per health codes.
• Operate kitchen equipment including an Italian wood-burning pizza oven, sandwich maker, and fryer.
• Properly store food, dated and rotated daily.
• Assist with inventory management and banquets/events as needed.
