Responsibilities

• Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, providing quality customer service through positive interactions with customers by phone or in person, and acting with a sense of urgency.
• Work as part of a team, be on time for shifts, support other stations, and complete closing duties including cleaning; uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Accurately use the FOCUS System, process cash and card transactions, and upsell to increase the check average while ensuring safety and cleanliness.
