Job summary

Papa John’s is hiring a Restaurant Team Member in the Wooster, OH area. You will perform workstation duties to prepare ingredients, take orders, and provide friendly customer service while adhering to company standards and regulatory guidelines.

You’ll work as part of a team, follow opening and closing procedures, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Training is provided; both part-time and full-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, and delivering quality customer service via phone or in person.
• Work as part of a team, arrive on time, support other stations, and complete closing duties including cleaning; uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system, suggestively upsell to increase check average, and keep work areas safe and organized.
