Qualifications

• Prior experience in kitchen or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food prep techniques and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability, punctuality and teamwork.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas, appetizers, and other kitchen items to order.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines for consistent quality.
• Operate ovens, prep stations, and slicers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock to management.

• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
