Job summary

IMA PAYROLL LLC in Virginia seeks a friendly, team-oriented crew member for our pizza shop. You will join a energy-filled environment focused on guest satisfaction, hospitality, and safety, learning our unique pizza builds.

Role requires the ability to lift 20–40 pounds, stand or move on the floor for long periods, and follow uniform rules. Must speak conversational English and work 8-hour shifts as needed. We offer tips, PTO after 90 days, health benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be willing to take direction and work in a team.
• Deliver best-in-class hospitality and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Learn our custom pizza builds and maintain quality.
• Practice safe food handling and adhere to uniform policy.
• Lift 20–40 pounds regularly and stay on floor/front of shop.
• Move with pace and be able to work up to 8 hours.
