Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Utah is seeking passionate General Managers to lead our fast-growing locations. You will oversee daily operations, maintain quality, hot and fresh products, and ensure health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of management experience, are 18+, proficient with computers, and can hire/train staff, manage inventory, and handle customer concerns with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient with computer systems and basic software.
• Trustworthy, results-driven and team-oriented.
• Passion for pizza and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure health and safety procedures.
• Hire, train and develop store team members.
• Manage day-to-day activities and maintain quality, hot, fresh products.
• Handle customer complaints positively and professionally.
