Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to work weekend nights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations.
• Create schedules, order products, train team members and hire staff.
• Achieve cost goals to earn profit-sharing bonus for GMs.
