Wow 1st is seeking a Delivery Expert to join our Shelley, United States team. As the Delivery Dynamo, you will ensure customers receive hot, fresh pizzas with great service.

Role requires a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and availability nights/weekends. You will navigate routes efficiently, manage deliveries with care, and engage customers with a friendly attitude while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.
• Strong GPS/navigation skills and ability to follow routes.
• Excellent time management to deliver on time.
• Customer service mindset with friendly communication.
• Basic math for handling payments and change.
• Proficient with smartphones and apps used for delivery.
• Able to lift and carry items and stay organized.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and goods to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and mobile apps.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service at each delivery.
• Handle payments and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with loading/unloading at the dock when needed.
• Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle and workspace.
• Report delivery issues and customer feedback to management.
• Follow all safety policies and company procedures.
• Adapt to changing routes and priorities as needed.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure on-time orders.
