Job summary

Marco's Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in middle Tennessee and northern Alabama. Join us for day, night, and weekend shifts with training provided and a friendly customer-service focus.

Deliver pizzas with a smile, serve as a customer ambassador at the door, and gain cross-training to support in-store duties. Base pay plus tips can reach up to $21 per hour during Prime Shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Clean 3 year driving record or better.
• Proof of Liability Insurance is required.
• Positive attitude and customer-service orientation.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and change.
• Hours: FT-PT flex; willingness to work varied shifts.
• Must cross-train to answer phones and help make food.
• Must be a team player.

Come join our growing organization. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Pizza Delivery Drivers to join our team. Days, Nights and weekends available.

Previous delivery driver experience is helpful, but not required. Our Drivers are friendly, customer-service oriented people who offer a smile when delivering our pizzas. With close to half of Marco's customers ordering for delivery, we count on our drivers to be our ambassadors at the front door.

We currently operate 18 Marco's Pizza locations throughout middle Tennessee and northern Alabama, and we're growing! Looking for opportunity to grow... this is the place!

Safety comes first, and you will be trained on in-store and on-the-road best practices for pizza delivery. With a good driving record, auto insurance and the desire and ability to deliver great customer service with every pizza, you have the makings of a successful job or career at Marco's.

You may also receive cross-training in pizza making, order taking and more, expanding on skills that will take you a long way in the pizza business. Delivery Drivers make up to $21 an hour during Prime Shifts, includes base pay plus tips.
