Job summary

North Star Pizza in Princeton is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver. You will safely operate delivery vehicles, deliver orders within our designated area, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate order processing.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, good navigation, cash handling, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Wage range is $15-25 per hour plus tips; flexibility for evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent navigational skills for efficient deliveries.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills for cash transactions and change.
• Experience with order processing and computer systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport orders to customers’ locations
• Navigate efficiently through designated delivery areas using maps and GPS
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with care
• Process customer orders, including receiving and verifying telephone orders
• Handle cash transactions and make correct change when required
• Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles and equipment
• Assist with inventory management and paperwork
• Deliver pizzas within designated area and ensure timely service
