Job summary

Marco's Pizza - BEMS Food Group is hiring delivery drivers to bring hot pizzas to customers across the area. You will deliver with a focus on safety, timeliness, and friendly service while potentially cross-training for in-store duties.

Roles include both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours, weekends, and opportunities to contribute to customer satisfaction and the brand’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required or strongly preferred.
• Liability insurance proof may be requested by the employer.
• Candidates should demonstrate a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math skills are needed for cash handling and change
• Flexibility for FT or PT shifts is expected, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Cross-train to assist in-store tasks such as answering phones and food prep.

Come join out growing organization. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Pizza Delivery Drivers to join our team. Days, Nights and weekends available

Previous delivery driver experience is helpful, but not required. If you enjoy working as part of a team, we invite you. Our Drivers are friendly, customer-service oriented people who offer a smile when delivering our pizzas. With close to half of Marco's customers ordering for delivery, we count on our drivers to be our ambassadors at the front door.

We currently operate 18 Marco's Pizza locations throughout middle Tennessee and northern Alabama, and we're growing! Looking for opportunity to grow.... this is the place!

Safety comes first, and you will be trained on in-store and on-the-road best practices for pizza delivery. With a good driving record, auto insurance and the desire and ability to deliver great customer service with every pizza, you have the makings of a successful job or career at Marco's.

You may also receive cross-training in pizza making, order taking and more, expanding on skills that will take you a long way in the pizza business.

Delivery Drivers make up to $21 an hour during Prime Shifts, includes base pay plus tips.

Responsibilities
