Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Able to handle high-volume periods with composure.
• Flexible schedule with availability for different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment and POS to take orders accurately and quickly.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Receive and process telephone orders; assist walk-in customers in-store.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility.
