Prairie Pizza, a Domino's franchise, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in the Charlotte area to join our pizza-loving team. You will be the voice of our brand, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Responsibilities include handling phone orders, providing outstanding service, and collaborating with the team to maintain smooth operations and happy customers. A passion for pizza is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
