Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Team Member in Hawaii to provide quick and friendly service, greet customers, take orders, and handle POS transactions. You will ensure accuracy, communicate with kitchen staff, and maintain clean, organized service areas.

Responsibilities include dough prep, packing, cooking, Wing Street duties, and receiving/stocking as needed. Physical stamina and lifting up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous food service and/or cash handling experience preferred but not necessary.
• Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate.
• Position requires well-paced mobility for periods minimum of four (4) hours in length.
• Requires standing and walking for the entire workday.
• Must be able to bend and stoop on occasion.
• Must be capable of strenuous lifting and carrying activity for short periods of time (during deliveries).
• Must have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and efficient service to customers.
• Greet customers and take their food and beverage orders.
• Accurately record customer orders on POS and compute the bill.
• Checks orders to ensure that guest is receiving a complete and correct order.
• Inform kitchen staff of shortages or special requests.
• Enter guest orders into POS and verify orders for accuracy.
• Maintain lobby and register areas, stocks counters, display refrigerators and steam table as per menu.
• Prepare and assemble products according to customer orders and Pizza Hut standards.
