Job summary

Little Caesars is hiring a Crew Member in Midlothian, VA to deliver fast, friendly service and help prepare hot, ready pizzas. This role may work in front-of-house or back-of-house depending on needs.

Responsibilities include taking orders, assembling pizzas, maintaining food safety, operating POS systems, restocking, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service. Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to guests in person and over the phone.
• Prepare food according to company standards, including pizza assembly, baking, and order preparation.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with restocking, prep work, and cleaning duties.
• Adapt to different responsibilities during shifts based on business needs.
